Eva's Gift

Eva's Gift is a program that raises awareness for Trisomy and helps families with special needs children in Northeastern Florida. The mission is to raise awareness for Trisomy and to help families with special needs children. We focus on communty-based efforts including education, awareness, and food aid.

Let's Go 4 Kids

Program Director:  Jovon Howard

Let's Go 4 Kids is a socialization and playgroup for families of children with special needs. The goal is to encourage families to build new friendships, enjoy “sensory-friendly” group activities within the community, and most importantly have fun!. Let's Go 4 Kids has created several programs such as: Let's Go to the Movies, Let's Go Explorers featuring the Let's Go Garden, and more!

Marion County Disability Alliance

Marion County Disability Alliance is a program that is working to ensure that the total needs of all children and adults living with a disability are met by streamlining accessibility to services, resources and natural supports while improving and developing programs that promote full community participation.

Parents Helping Parents of Florida, Inc (PHPF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Our goal is to continue to provide programs for families in the special needs community; however, our programs will not be possible without volunteers and tax-deductible donations.

The mission is to support each other and work together to create a greater: awareness, understanding, tolerance, interest, support, and movement.

PHPF Healthy Parents 

Program Director:  Liz Andersen

Local chapters:  Belleview County and Gainesville, FL 

To unite and provide positive support to PHPF parents of kids with disabilities.
To teach them that it is a necessity to put yourself first to continue to effectively take care of your family. Our goal is to extend this program to all PHPF counties!  We are currently serving in Belleview County.  Our Belleview chapter meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Lake Lillian for walking and support at 9am. We are currently seeking to expand to Gainesville, Alachua County!
